I’m honored and thrilled to be a part of the Regent Seven Seas Mariner’s PTV at Sea Cruise which sets sail this November 10th.
It’s always a great pleasure to meet my Travelscope viewers. I encounter them at book signings, travel shows, conventions, on our world-wide shoots and in my daily travels throughout Los Angeles. To be able to cruise with them to destinations such as Venice, Croatia, Malta, Monte Carlo and Florence is an added plus. In addition, it is a joy to travel in the company of such PBS and NPR luminaries as Gwen Ifill, moderator and managing editor of Washington Week, Mark Samels, executive producer of American Experience and Scott Simon, host of NPR’s Weekend Edition. Since Cruise passengers have the exclusive opportunity to join us for presentations and discussions on politics, culture and travel, the voyage should prove to be a very exciting and informative trip and my wife and producer, Julie, and the rest of the Travelscope team will be there capturing it all for airing as one of the 13 episodes of Season 6 of Travelscope - released June of 2012. I look forward to exchanging experiences with the PTV at Sea passengers during the private dinners and receptions that are planned during the sailing which allow for one-on-one conversations.
