Swiss Fun in New York!

Earlier this week Joseph and I were in the Big Appleto promote Travelscope’s two Swiss episodes – Crossing the Swiss Alps and Swiss Roots. Hosted by Switzerland Tourism, the Cooking Party provided a hands-on opportunity for everyone to create their own Swiss meal. Mirroring our experience from the Swiss Roots episode, the group created Alpermagronen, AKA, gourmet mac & cheese.
No Swiss meal is complete without …. chocolate! But not just any chocolate. Marcel Perren from the Lucerne Tourism office personally carried the chocolate with him from Switzerland. The best way to end any meal. ![]()
